Can anyone tell me the correct placement of the calipers on the rear of a 69 Nova? I've got the brackets and calipers off a 97 camaro, and the brackets place the caliper on the drivers side toward the front of the car approx the 7 o'clock position. Any help will be appreciated.

Not sure if this helps, but Nova and Camaro shared the same rear setup in 69. My Wilwood front facing kit puts the caliper at about the 8 o'clock position.

Thank you. I got mine to sit about that position, however I'd have to drill the axle plate out and use 3 bolts instead of 4. I also will have to figure a solution for moving the shocks inboard more, now the passenger side shock hits the caliper..it's always something...lol

Most people normally have to run 2 left sides because of the staggered shocks. Are both of your bleeders in the up position?

If I run 2 left side calipers, which way will they need to face? (Not to sound like an idiot) because it seems like they'll hit the shocks either way. Is there a way to swap in a different lower shock mount and put the shocks on the same side?
