Is my D&D viper case T56 missing vss sensor here? Is it same location for electrical or mechanical sensor? I would need electrical for my gauge.

I think that's the mechanical speedo input port.

So i need to plug it? Is vss sensor above it?

Reverse lockout switch is above it.

That is the vss (I'm running mechanical)
