He Everyone!

It would seem it's been a while since I've posted a Cars For A Living show here. I try to only focus on the Pro-Touring specific ones, so this episode should be a good one.

The featured guest was road course racer, Randy Pobst. A lot of you will recognize Randy as the chase driver of the Mercedes wagon from the 2013 Optima Ultimate StreetCar Invitational. He worked his way into a driving career by starting out of SCCA autocross in the early 1980's, and he's been racing ever since.

Hope you enjoy it!

Randy was very gracious during this interview and asked every question I threw at him with full honesty.

Typo!

The coolest part about Randy was that he could run over most of the cars out there last year - and he's just cruising around in a wagon... One hell of a good wagon to be sure... but still....

What a great attitude and dream job Randy has.

Rob, A little constructive criticism. The intro is to long, the interview is to long. While it's very interesting, way more interesting to you, I bet 5% of folks listen to the entire interview. I enjoyed it and barely made it half way.

Nailed Randy and the wagon at OUSCI.

What impressed me was his times in the top five finishers cars, I think the only driver/car combo he didn't better was Popp.
