View Full Version : T-56 Rebuild
Does anyone know who can rebuild a T56 in southern California. It's out of a 97 Camaro.

Call Total Performance Machine out in Santee, they don't rebuild trans', but the owner Greg Grosset I'm sure would know someone who does, there are a couple of places by them on Prospect that rebuild autos, maybe they handle the mannual trannies.

Try www.t56rebuilds.com I haven't done business with them myself, but I've heard good things.

Enzo I also live in So Cal and have been looking for a place to rebild my 97 t56. I could not find anyone that specialises in t56's. I e-mailed t56rebuilds.com and asked him about shipping because ive never shipped anything that large before. He told me to go to walmart and get a 45 gallon container. tape it up really good and call him. He will have I believe U.P.S. go to your house and pick it up. I believe he said arould $65 for shipping. I have not sent mine to him yet but I do trust that he knows his stuff and is totally capable of doing the upgrades that I want. He works on T56's all day long.
