Not really. Just starve yourself and don't eat. Then when you do eat, limit it to just 2 grains of rice, one leaf of lettuce and then swallow a big gulp of air to get full. :lmao: But, I digress, she is sexy...can't deny that.

When I was in the Army, I had discipline when it came to fitness. Now that I'm out, I've lost a bit of that. I'm back to loosing weight but I agree with some who have posted, it takes a lot of hard work.
