Chevy II complete rocker panels - inner stiffener included?

Has anyone actually laid their hands on the complete rocker panel assemblies for the '66-'67 Chevy II's.

Part numbers are Dynacorn 1661 and 1660.

I can tell from the pictures that they are essentially the inner and outer assembled, but what I can't tell is whether or not the inner "stiffener" is included?

Thanks in advance for any help.

If not, I'll just make my own, but if it's included in this assembly I'll save the time and just buy them.

I've talked to a couple of people that sell them, but they don't know either....... I'll probably just build them myself since I'm modifying everything else - -why not! ;)
