Okay since i teased PT, i figured I would mess with you guys.

1958 Belvedere(same as the fury minus some "chrome").

But I will keep it a Belvedere, I wont clone a fury...

I am still pondering whether or not to make it a Christine, I like the Blue...

Exterior will be stock pretty much, custom frame, brakes etc with a 6.4 SRT Hemi is what I am looking at. Custom interior...

Just gathering parts now, floorboard and front fenders are incoming!

Windshield is on back order... but incoming...

Love that movie, but just because you name her Christine doesn't mean it'll fix herself like the movie.

Very cool! My last car was a '57 Belvedere, and I designed the '58 Belvedere for Hot Wheels. I know these cars well. You are on the "Forward look" site with this, and you know John "Big M", yes? If not, both that site and John are a great source of parts for these cars.

Awesome! I love those cars. Personally I wouldn't paint it red. That way you will get only 50 "Christine" comments a day instead of 100.

If it was mine I'd put a modern diesel in it....

Love your project!

Yes, I need to cut in the 58 headlight panels.

I was thinking about not red... but red is cool.

These cars only look good in bright classic 50's colors. Maybe I will get "notchrstne" for a license plate

There was a reason they changed the Fury color to red in the book. It looks much better than the beige :)

A Diesel? Eh... I don't want to smell diesel fuel :)
