Well guys,

the cars are gonna have to take a back seat at least for the mean time. Found out my wife is pregnant last week.
Good news!

thanks guys, Im pretty excited. I dont think I was "ready" especially since I didnt have the Firebird going, but oh well.

I'll definitely have to thin down the herd, and sell the other cars in order to fix up the Bird, but it will be worth it. I need to call those Lords of the Car Hords, hahaa

Congrats man, we just had our 1st. She's now 4 months old and let me tell you those guys are not kidding when they tell you time flies. The cars and hobbies do take a back seat but with an understanding wife and wise decisions you can still build/work on cars here and there. Best of luck!

Yep lots of great advice there. I have a 3 year old and a 7 month old and both sleep great but wake up so damn early. It's the first 3 months that's rough. I started my sleep deprivation training 3 weeks before the due dates and I tell you it works.

And seriously, how many times can you watch "Frozen" before going insane...I'll let you know.

unfortunately my wife is a HUGE Disney animation fan (she has almost all the movies), so as it is I get my healthy (or unhealthy) dose of singing cartooon....

That is too funny...it was Nemo for my oldest, and Cars for my youngest. Over and over and over again. I wont admit it in public, but I still watch Cars when it comes on. Oopps, I guess I did.

Teenage Ninja Turtles for Alex -- and Ghost Busters (the cartoon).... He wanted us to call him Egon...

Barney for Adrienne -

Barney is a dinosaur from our imagination
And when he's tall
He's what we call a dinosaur sensation
Barney's friends are big and small
They come from lots of places....

UGH!!! I hate Purple to this day!

That -- and how many times did you read the same book to them!! LOL Berenstain Bears comes to mind....

Yeah, I guess the stuff we are forced to watch and read with our kids is just payback for what we made them go thru when we were kids.

My dad hated "Lost in Space, and Speed Racer". "Danger Will Robinson"

Congrats on your new addition, and as we all have enjoy the time and the memories.

HAHA. I have 2 girls (6 & 4). First was Shrek, then Nemo, then Cars, now Frozen. Everyday I can't just "let it go".

Congrats. Keep spending on the car until the wife cuts you off. It may be the last chance you get.

Yup. Keep cranking on the car. After the baby, you won't ever have time until he/she turns 18.

Congrats on the news.

The wife and I were at Ikea the other day, and they have a little work bench play set, definitely on the will buy list

Im going to put it right next to mine, might even put a faux stainless steel sticker on the work surface and paint it black like my work bench, haha
