Im running a wilwood now 1in bore and the petal is too hard ,going to try a 7/8 and see if its any better. Just wondering what every one is using with (non power) big brakes .

I have the Wilwood 6 piston (front) and 4 piston (rear) set and was told to use a 1 1/8" bore for non-power, so I bought a late model S10 master, hope it works!!

Use a smaller bore for lighter pedal feel. I have a 7/8 on six piston wilwood fronts and the pedal is still very hard to push.

It was either Wilwood or Precision...pretty sure it was Wilwood though....
Does the stroke have anything to do with it??? (Allan leave that one alone!!)

I have to run a manual brake set up (space is tight) trying to get it done before powertour.

try a smaler bore then try a larger one . shouldnt be much work . but i assume you have it under the dash ? then that might be a pain in the a$$ to keep switching.

try calling Paul at Hydratech , I bet he would help .
If you want a larger one try a 78-81 vette, thats a 1-1/8
