Description:

OK, Ive had the truck since 2009, drove it for almost 2 years with the original 2.8/5 speed, then took it off the road to do a TBI 350 T56 swap. But that turned into a vortec 350 which is now an LT1 swap. Engine is a 95 vette LT1, engine only has 18K miles and had a busted connecting rod. No other damage, rod has been replaced and a basic rebuild of the short block with new rings, bearings, oil pump, had the crank polished, stock heads with relapped valves, upgraded .600 lift spring kit, comp magnum 1.6 roller tip rockers and a comp Xtreme EFI cam, 230/236 [email protected] with .570/.576 lift on a 113 LSA cam. Stock intake, TB, Fuel rails with 42lb injectors, and a stock LT1 accessory drive minus the a/c. Engine should be good for 350 at the wheels.

Trans is a 93 M29 T56 originally it had 83K miles, out of a 93 Trans Am, had it rebuilt to stage 2 specs by texas drivetrain performance in Ft. Worth and is rated to 550-600 HP at the wheels. Stock replacement clutch, and brand new stock, sealed S10 clutch hydraulics.

The truck itself is an original Tx truck, bought new in Conroe and very clean and rust free, no body damage except to the passenger side of the bed right in front of the taillight where the previous owner hit a yellow parking pole in a parking lot. Clear Blue Tx Title. Truck shows 215K miles on the odometer. I have brand new Spohn tubular lower control arms, new moog ZQ8 coils, speedway tubular upper arms with long pro forged ball joints, Blazer 2in drop spindles and adapter brackets to run 14" ZO6 rotors and 4 piston CTS-V calipers, i have the calipers but not the rotors. Also have the 14.3 rear CTS-V rotors and calipers, and plan on using Blazer backing plate/parking brake assembly's and custom adapter brackets to mount the calipers. Truck has the stock 3.42 7.5 under it, and i have a 71 Chrysler 8 3/4 that needs narrowed and build that i was going to use, i have Moser Housing ends and a comp engineering housing brace.

Interior is factory blue like the exterior, id rate it a 5 out of 10. Manual windows/locks factory a/c truck. Has a 98+ 5 speed center console, and bucket seats from a 96 Blazer. Dash has the usual cracks, but overall in good condition. Have a B&M Ripper shifter with a B&M Hammer T-handle shift knob.

I have a 97 camaro T56 engine harness to run the engine, harness is still stock, and an 0411 PCM to convert the harness over to. My plan was to do a rear mount distributor and run an 01/02 express van 5.7 calibration. I have the 86-88 corvette HD radiator to mount in the forward position and a brand new Taurus 2 speed fan to keep it cool with PCM controlling the fan. JTR engine swap mounts to fit the stock 2.8 frame pads, JTR billet aluminum upper radiator mounts, brand new LT1 water pump, t-stat, t-stat housing. Sanderson 1 3/4 swap headers, borgeson steering shaft, ZQ8 steering box that is brand new. My plan was for a custom truck arm rear suspension with QA1 coil overs, i have the truck arms and axle pads/u-bolts but not the coil overs or front crossmember for the truck arms.

I also have a 30 gal gas tank from a mid 90's full size blazer that i was going to install behind the axle, i have the tank and sending unit, both brand new, fuel cell foam has been put in the tank to help control fuel slosh better.
