Description:
Reluctantly we have decided to sell our 69 Camaro. We are going to have to be getting a bigger house for my growing family so the loan and payment on this needs to go. I’ve had it for about a year and a half and looked a good 6 months to find the car. I could not count how many nice looking junk Camaros were on the market in the 25-35K range when I was looking. I lost track of how much fuel I burned in my truck looking a cars from here to Tennessee.

It’s a really nice car but not a perfect car. It’s a real SS 4speed 12 bolt car. It was born green but about 10 years ago it was restored and changed to blue. The panels and floors are original except the RH ¼. It was skinned, not because of rust but because a minor fender bender. This is not your average catalog built car full of aftermarket Chinese parts and trim. It was a nice original survivor to begin with.

Motor is a non matching number 355 warmed up a little bit. My butt dyno says it’s in the 350-375 HP range. Gears are 3.73’s so it’s a really fun car to drive and row through the gears. Other than wheels and tires there are no mods to the car. It’s a perfect car to build a bolt on Pro-touring car or just enjoy as is.

To be perfect the car needs a repaint. It’s been painted 10 years ago and has not gotten any worse since I have owned it but there are little pimple type bubbles in several places in the paint. The average guy would never see it and no one ever sees it unless they really look close. I have been told multiple times I am crazy at shows for saying I want to paint the car but I am just being 100% honest in case someone was to buy the car site unseen.

About 500 miles ago I added the ET 17” minilite wheels and tires in 17 x 8 and 17 x 9.5
And new 285’s in the rear and 235’s in front.

There are a few pics with American Racings wheels. Those are gone. I sold them to buy the ET’s

Call after 6pm or text any time. I’m in the Dallas TX area. You could fly in and drive home if you want but the no overdrive and 3.73’s would make it a long trip.
