My axles have 1/2 20 studs with .609 knurl. If I change them out to 12x1.5 I can have the same lugs on all 4 corners.
Arp sell one set of studs that look good but the knurl is only .585...
Think it will fly?
Currie axles btw if that helps

I wouldn't, .024" is way too different. Won't be much of a press fit.

No, that will not fly. I would contact Currie and ask them about having the axles redrilled for the new studs. you may be able to drill a second bolt circle 36 deg off of the first (assuming 5 lugs) with the correct hole size for the knurling.
The other option is to replace the m12's on the front with 1/2" you should be able to ream the holes in the front hubs to the proper size for 1/2" studs.
Another concern is the wheels. Make sure you have the correct lug nut tapers. Some are 45 deg, some are 60 deg. and some are straight shank with washers etc. Just make sure everything matches up.
Good Luck.

This.
Thanks Donny, i should have emphasized this option as well. I wanted to give him both options, but this is the one I would choose.

to 1/2 like stated above. The 12mm are really too small on the front anyway.
I actually changed mine to 14mm on the C5/C6 hub. Used a Porsche racing stud from MSI Racing. They were about $10 or $11 a piece. Yes you will need to drill out the hole a small amount, but that does not solve your problem of 2 different size lugs.
These may be too long but you get the idea on a 1/2 stud
