Looking for a T400

I'd like to replace mt T350 for a T400. All my local shops want over $2000 to do it. I'm looking at around 750HP. Are there any shops I can online order that I can trust? I'm not meaning really trust, but get it right the first time. My thing is I only want to install this once if I have to. The last thing I want is to install it and have to send it back. Recommendations?

That's your limiting factor right there. It's not cheap to build a transmission that can handle 750 hp. A TH400 that can handle 750 hp for $2k, IMO it's not bad.

Keep looking. I picked up a fresh TH400 that came from a guy running a 540 BBC with 2 nitrous kits. picked it up for only 800 with a shifter. It was built by a local shop on the southside of Houston.
Deals are out there just be ready with cash when it happens.

I have a couple TH400's I wont be using. They are good unit but not at your power levels. Good for a start though.
