True but alot of these high end builds should try this whats 14k when the car is 150k plus. Those tko t56 magnums and 6 speed autos are still lacking real performance. Plus the more they buy the prices comes down.:lmao:

No Go -

I'm sorry -- Do you even understand what kind of transmission this is?

I'm thinking about putting one in my Lotus --- but that's a pure track car.... Nobody is running a dog box on the street. Well... maybe there's one guy out there - and he's probably not happy about his choice.

They run them here in the "V8 Supertourers" Series series behind mild LS7's.

The results have been less than impressive with numerous reliability issues, in a racing environment anyways...

I drove a detuned cosworth power F1 car and it was a great feeling only using the clutch for take off and just up shifting and down shifting without using the clutch. Yes on the streets it might be a little to harsh for average.

Beating the Keisler dead horse.... There was a video running around about two years ago of a 6 speed they were "coming out with" that was supposed to be a clutchless transmission. Video had them running it around in a Dodge pickup if I remember correctly.

So GW, you're saying the rock crusher in my Nova is a bad choice for the street... ?

PPG offers a sequential conversion for the T56 which is rated at 1000rwhp. Heavier cars will stress drivelines more. None are available yet.... but knowing their other applications (GTR etc) they certainly make quality internals.

Price will be around $18K ready to install.
