As Henry Ford stated regarding the Model T: Yes, you can get any color you want - as long as it's black (!).
All kidding aside, yes, we offer a showprep service that costs a $100 extra, which includes carefully deburring the casting and then very carefully painted / detailed in a highly chemically resistant basecoat / clearcoat urethane (which is then ovenbaked very thoroughly). This process is so labor intensive on our end that the $100 charge is literally a gift (which is why we do not advertise this service). Since we can paint these assist units, alternate color options are obviously available, though we do not discuss specific paint codes - only basic colors (as we do not wish to get into discussions of "hey, my assist unit doesn't quite match my firewall even though I gave you the paint code). We typically end up doing them in black anyway, so this option is more about just raising the bar visually. We recently produced a silver assist unit for a Chevelle project being built at Mickey Hale's shop, and while it sure did turn out nice, it was indeed a PITA to make it happen (as metallics are REALLY tough to deal with on intracate castings with various shapes and contours).

just for an option, when i had Lee Power Steering rebuild my steerring box I had him cad plate it but not the second dip that makes them gold, box came out bitchen and looks like a Aluminum cast box, you realy can't tell its iron, I guess you could do this to the power brake unit also.

Hello Paul!!
Thank you for your reply!!! Yes its a gift if you even do the deburring
Can you get me a kit for my 1963 corvette with C4 mastercylinder ? And i would like to have it as close aluminium/silver as possible. Heres a picture of my mc. Is there any options to get it as close as possible to firewall? And does the adjustable rear brake pressure valve work with it? Its under the C4 mc -you barely see it from the pic.

LS powered C2 eh? Way cool
I'm sure you have seen our online listings for the C2: http://www.hydratechbraking.com/products/c2vette/

As you can see in the images, the billet firewall mounting plate is quite long, as the distance between the brake pedal and the firewall is very tight on the C2 (they didn't initially plan on power brakes in the C2). The C3 firewall was swelled forward about 3" to better accomodate the power brake option in the later models. The current design firewall mounting plate is 2 1/2" long, though we do have an early prototype billet plate on hand that is 2" long - this would be the absolute shortest possible mounting plate that could be used on this application. This would still make for somewhat of a longish brake assist unit, as the mainbody of the assist unit is 6" + 2" firewall plate = 8" from firewall to MC mounting. There is just simply no way to shorten this package up any further on the C2 applications.
The LS powerplants also pose somewhat of a clearance issue, what with the coil packs sitting on the tops of the valve covers. In looking at your pic, I can see where the standard Level III system shown in the above pics *might* create a clearance issue. Have no fear though, as we have an unlisted Level IV version that was brought into existence by a few customers running the mighty 572 tall deck big blocks in the C2's. I do not have any pics handy of this system, though can illustrate what a Level IV system looks like in a different application to atleast give you a general idea:

(there are 3 pics of a Hydratech Level IV system installed in this recent OverHaulin' project - make sure to also check out the chrome plated mouse pic!)
You may have also noticed that we equipped this particular assist unit with one of our new polished SS accumulator slip covers ($59.95 option). We have also recently found a way to machine finish the accumulators, which provides a really trick appearance that matches the T6 billet firewall plates perfectly ($45 option). What you are seeing is the assist unit clocked 90 degrees CCW from the standard, which places the accumulator at the 11 o'clock position (instead of the usual 2 o'clock) and the line connections on the driver's side (as opposed to the bottom of the assist unit). A trick billet MC re-orienter plate installed onto the face of the brake assist unit restores the MC mounting bolt pattern back to the standard horizontal plane. What this does is to provide the absolute maximum possible engine clearance, while retaining the use of a conventional master cylinder. I do believe that this would be the best answer for your scenario - while the standard Level III system *should* also clear, it would be tight (especially the high pressure line connection on the engine side). The Level IV systems cost $50 more than the standard Level III systems per the costs to produce the MC re-orienter plate and special longer MC pushrod needed.
Now comes the MC discussion: While we could configure the assist unit for use with the C4 MC, I actually do not recommend this. Why? The dinky little 7/8" bore size is ok for manual or vac brake use, though is too small for proper use with one of our potent hydraulic assist systems. It can, will, and does work, though the pedal pressures are simply too light when running such a small MC bore size. I know we are lighting money on fire in this discussion, though a C5 or C6 MC would be superior per the 1" bore size. Additionally, the C4 MC is a dimensional oddball = once we configure a brake assist unit for use with a C4 MC, there are no other alternate MC's that could be fit in place. Conversely, if we configure the assist unit for the C5 / C6 MC, you could enjoy a standard late model GM MC interface, which would allow for all kinds of alternate MC's to be swapped in, even the new Wilwood tandem MC could fit too. The adjustable rear brake inline proportioning valve can be retained, and is highly recommended.
Costs? I have no need to hide anything, and hope you do not mind that I have chosen to discuss pricing publicly versus PM:
* Standard Level III system = $695 with lines
* Optional Level IV system = $745 with lines
Here are the available upscale options that may be applied to either the Level III or IV systems:
* Showprep service painted in metallic silver: Add $100
* SS polished accumulator slip cover: Add $59.95
* Machined finish accumulator option: Add $45
* AN-6 Braided stainless return line materials package: $98.50
* C5 or C6 Vette MC: Add $200
* Prototype 1/2" shorter billet mounting plate: Yours if desired at no additional charge
Let me know what further questions you may have -
I highly apprecite your input for this great forum!!!
