Start one...no. Finish one? Hopefully. Our 69 Z should be going to paint in the next couple of weeks if all goes swimmingly.

My project ended up turning into a father/son build when my Dad started getting interested in my Camaro a couple years ago. As time went on he started to contribute more and more thoughts, opinions, and ideas.

When I decided to go back to school, he was, and has been, the driving force that prevented me from giving up on the project completely and selling the car. But for his involvement, my project would be long-dead by now.

Now that I've finished school and am starting a new career, the car is finally getting to the point where there is an end in sight. After about 11 years, 3 different shops, 3 motors, 3 transmissions, and a billion different body/suspension tweaks through the years, I feel like it's finally coming together.

While I'm sure I'll continue to modify and upgrade little things here and there, the bulk of the project is pretty much done. My Dad and I have always been close, but his interest in something that I'm so passionate about has really been awesome and I feel unbelievably fortunate to have had this experience.
