Howdy Yall! My name is Troye Dunlap and I am new to these forum websites. "Get into the 21st century" my wife says! Well, I have a good project going that I have been working on since December of '05. I am working on a 69 Camaro pro-touring car that I have had for four years. I suckered my wife and told her I would use it as a daily driver due to the car being in perfect driving condition. HAHAHAHAH! Of course the first thing I did was pull the motor and strip the perfecty good interior out of it! My ideas are:

Body:

Shaved door handles
Shaved trunk
Shaved fire wall
all holes on body shaved
boxed frame
sport mirrors
Foose hood
LED tail lamps

Interior

2002 Camaro dash
Summit Racing Seats
Custom fiberglass console that wraps the front seats (like a corvette, no rear seats)

Supsension

DSE mini tub kit with 2" drop (335/30/18 baby!!)
DSE tubular control arms
All poly bushings
DSE 2" drop coil springs
Hotchkis sway bars

Engine

383 stroker motor
Keith Black pistons
23degree heads
comp cams High energy cam
Holley 950 MPFI

Trany

700r4

I am having a hard time with the paint that I want to go with. I thought about solid phantom gray or two tone with black on top and silver on bottom.

Well, that's what I have in-store for now. I will update my pictures as I go. Below are some pictures as she started out, and how she is now. Tell me what yall think.

Will you use the gages that came in the 02 dash, or will you go with aftermarket gages?

I am looking to do something like this with my 68 Chevelle
