Just found out about this myself. Definitely sad news.

Following it on Twitter. Word is serious injury, arrived at hospital in a comma and underwent emergency brain surgery. Hit his head on a rock in the French Alps, he was wearing a helmet. More recent reports say he's fighting for his life and condition has worsened.

Yeah just heard about this really shocked. I'm a huge Schumi fan since forever. Hope he makes it he's a true legend for sure.

I feel like throwing up reading this stuff. This guy was one of my all time favorite athletes to see it come to this is unreal. I hope he makes it and can recover. :(

The waiting game is tough with these injuries. I can only imagine how difficult it's been for the wife and kids.
