Has anyone drilled a new bolt pattern into there corvette c5/c6 hubs?

I know Moser will do a double bolt pattern on custom axles and I'm wondering if can re-drill the front to match.

Finding 5x4.75 wheels under 3k in or making a 18x10 and 18x12 set up is near impossible.

Ford 5x4.5 translates to 5x114.3 which is the standard for some import cars that have better wheel options.

Just wondering if anyone has done this already.

People do it all the time. I thought about it but stuck with the Chevy pattern.

If you use the wilwood brake kit on the stock spindle or ride tech it comes with 3 different bolt patterns on the hub.

Just look at the DSE front alumiframe. They use C6 hubs with a Ford pattern.

Are you looking for a Ford pattern hub cause DSE might be able to sell you a set.

Or just get rims with 1" more back space and run dual pattern adapters.

GMR hubs C6 hubs can use either bolt pattern but if you are changing bolt patterns to use less expensive wheels, these hubs may not be the answer.

I have a set of 4 1/2 hubs off of a DSE Alumaframe that I am not using......

Hi guys thanks for the input

I'm going for Wilwood seeing that my firewall has already been modified to use there drop pedals.

Still waiting on picking up my Master because i'm not sure exactly which set up to go with

I never knew about the ford hubs - thanks for the info! I'm trying to avoid running pcd spacers as I never really trusted them on the road. I used to work on Porsches and they were used on alot of conversions. They just looked unsafe to me.

I was thinking about the GMR set up but with the added cost I might as well just buy more expensive wheels.

PM sent about the hubs.

To be honest I would think you can find virtually any wheel you could want in 5x4.750 bolt pattern.
