Can someone suggest what I can use to make upper and lower coilover trunnion bar mounts? The lower mount will have to be 4 1/2 inches long. Thanks, Terrence

Also called a T bar mount.

What size are the pivot holes in the shocks 1/2" or 5/8"?

AFCO lists a few but @ 4.00" hole to hole maybe a stretch.

What arms are you running. Room for plates?

I'm not sure about the size but I have found one the is 5" long at Jeg's once I searched under T Bar. This is made by QA1. So I will check with them alone with AFCO. I'm using stock arms. Yes, I thinks its room for plates.

Ride tech and Varishock are another resource for T-bar mounts. call them up and see what they have. FWIW, take a look at my mustang build thread to see how I put coilovers into a stock suspension 65 mustang.

Thanks for the reference, Bryce!

We actually have a new program where we will build you pretty much any shock you want. It's simply referred to as the 'Builder Shock Program.'

There is a PDF guide HERE (https://www.cachassisworks.com/Attachments/CatPages/VAS_BUILDER.pdf).
