need info on KAPCI paint products

i have a friend of mine thats looking to paint his car and mentioned the kind of paint they were going to use and i never heard of them so thought id ask the experts on here. the paint is called KAPCI. the body shop is telling him its a expensive paint. any help wpould be great. i googled the name and couldnt really find any info on them from anyone that has used the product

Looking at their site it looks like lower end paint company, they don't seem to have some of the basic GM color codes correct!! I've been on the automotive paint side for over 10 years and this is the first time I've heard of them?? And I'm in the Chicago market, we have most every kind of paint out there. Also I can't find a distributor for them here state side??

thats the same info i found already. i was hoping to find someone that sells it or have used it, it looks like a cheaper paint.
