Just as another member did, I decided to get myself one of those spiffy Baileigh hats. To my surprise it came in a huge crate! After getting all this steel out of the way I finally got to my hat!

In all seriousness, I have had my eye on one of these for some time. If you haven't seen these electromagnetic brakes before, google it or check out youtube. I just hope I can have enough imagination to use it! Stay tuned. Check out my build thread for updates on what I create with it!

I was searching for a used finger brake for a while but once I saw the video of the mag brake I knew I had to have one. Bad ass tool!

Ok they must have been reading this....I finished up a full build before the new year so with the help of a great customer I thought I would treat myself and was able to buy a new brake. But yeah, you guessed it...NO HAT!! LOL

To be honest I'd rather have a large Baileigh banner that I could hang over it.

Now I can start bending shistuff with confidence.

I won't even move that piece to the new house.... it's a decent drill press... but to call it a mill is a mistake.

Some of my stuff is just stuff I've had and fit the space allotted to it and the power to run it etc at the time. I've always wanted a lathe... and I don't need one - but want one -- so that's on my shopping list. I also have room for a chassis jig if I want to put one in so might do that too.

That is a good observation! By gawd I think he did!!

I wouldn't have posted that one -- but I'm in SV and that stuff is at my house in Bellevue.. so I couldn't even run down and take a good one!

HAHAHAHAHAHA

There's just so much you can do on a chassis jig! Especially with the track cars -- I could take all kinds of real accurate measurements! And I'm going to build a '40 Ford Pickup -- so it would come in handy for that build...

And the Lathe.... well.... I just want one.
