yes, you have to get the right pin connectors. http://www.eficonnection.com/eficonnection/ConnectorSearch.aspx
What do you plan on hooking up to the harness? Complete gauge set, lights, turn signal indicators? Or just speedo, tach and fuel?

Hello want to buy an complet dash with all gauge and all harness i need . So think to use the bulk head conector for all engine data ,if that is possible.

You are going to have to find a shop make it for you. Or make it yourself.
Its going to be a large connector.
Do you have a instrument panel for it now?

i would contact Speertech or John Leonard at modern vintage. they both build harnesses and could probably help with your project. are you wanting to use stock gm gauges or aftermarket? if using a Dakota digital gauge set up you can use a bim module to get the data.

The other option is the Dakota Digital set up. They have a harness that plugs directly into the computer that hooks to the gauges.
http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=722/category_id=653/home_id=-1/mode=prod/prd722.htm
Then use this module to connect to the engine computer:

Obviously this method doesn't use the plug that you are picturing, but sort of accomplishes what you're trying to do as well.
Just another option for yah!

Not quite sure if this is what you are asking or not.
If that is the GM engine controller for LS engines, that bulkhead does not have the wires in it for what you are asking. It has the check engine, tach wire, and some others in it, but it does not have turn signals, fuel sender, etc. in it.
You will be able to use some of them for whatever instrument cluster you use, but the bulkhead connecter in the gm controller isn't really an instrument cluster connection.
