I would like to know the times. Z/28 is supposed to handle very well from what I have read.

I think "Maybe," translates into...."Hell's yeah, I'm only the greatest engineer GM has seen in the last 20 years!"

Mark,

What differences are there (if any) in the exhaust systems of the ZL-1's compared to the Z-28's?

Great line by Chief Engineer Al Oppenheiser in this Z-28 roundtable discussion vid...

Motor Trend- "GM lore for decades has been that there is a hierarchy and that you cannot step on the toes of those above you.

Was there a fight that the Camaro cannot be better than the Corvette...that you guys had to limit yourselves?"

Oppenheiser- "So you're assuming that the Corvette is above us? (big grin)
I don't live that way. I live in Camaroland."

The new gen5 engine sounds great! First one I've heard run. Spill it Mark. How did they do?

I hear that the magnetic ride suspension (correct term?) is some far out technology. How hard would it be to adapt to an early pro-touring musclecar...I mean a 69 Camaro? I'm sure the next project Mark is working on he's already considered it. Also, what would the entire suspension package cost?
