Hello All,
I am completing a final update of my 72 GS by adding tall ATX spindles I have had in the box for a while. Other than the geometry change improvements, they are made from aluminum, and are lighter. I thought everyone might want to know just how much lighter. The smaller numbers on the scale are pounds, the larger ones are kilograms.

Just over a pound of difference. Both have the respective steering arms included. Note that the ATX spindle has long studs, and the stock spindle has a Kore3 aluminum hub/short studs, so maybe there will be a bit more weight savings without those factors.
I have taken some other measurements, if anyone would like any other details of the differences.
