Welcome aboard! Where in the ATL are you? There's a few shops around that can handle your needs.

I'm inquiring about a shop that built a really nice camaro on here. Let me get some info from him, and I will get back to you.
There are quite a few shops in the area that can do this for you, but if I were you, I'd want to talk quality and timeframe with people that have done business with them, before you commit. There are MANY horror stories on this forum alone, that tell about dropping off a car, leaving a deposit, and ultimately picking up the car many months later untouched. It happens a lot.
This is another reason why myself and a lot of others on here do our own work. Simply can't afford to get ripped off by shops.
I'm certainly not trying to scare you. Just be aware that it happens. A lot.
On the other hand you'll find many large shops that do amazing work, and do it honestly. There are several of them that post on here regularly. Unfortunately most are on the other side of the country.

[Thanks a lot scot,as of right now I'm getting all my parts, thinking about taking it to thunder valley customs in white,ga brad&shane seems to be cool and honest only thing there not cheap by any means.like the saying say u get what u pay for,so I plan to do it right the first time around, love your build wish I had those skills:hapdance: if u ever want a student to teach I'm your man.im just going to take my time read as much as I can a try not to make a lot of mistakes others have made and keep the build fun so when I get old me and the ill one can talk about how much fun we had building the car and the fun we had on the autocross, that's what it's all about for me love for the cars and creating memorable moments

Thunder Valley built a car for another friend of mine many years ago. Did complete panel replacement (every panel-total rebuild) with mini tubs, narrowed 12 bolt, Wayne due subframe, etc etc. turned out very very nice, and yes honest people. Can't go wrong there.
Your on the right track. Pick your path and stay true to it and yourself. Most of all, have fun with the family! Enjoy the journey my friend!

Thunder Valley was also building a 2nd gen called Gold Rush I believe that I was following on p-t.com I haven't heard much about them but what I have heard has been positive. BTW, I'm from GA and trying to return.

Welcome to the site and good luck with the project. Sounds like you have a great foundation to start with and a good plan already.
