For the last 8 years, at Ron Sutton's Winner's Circle, we had a very comprehensive Driver Development program working with young drivers focused on NASCAR careers.

I was fortunate enough to have guidance on what to focus the training on from key people in top Cup teams . We had 29 training classes with highly talented & experienced instructors from all walks of driving, technical, media, business & personal skills. Plus, we had a very diverse team of Driver Coaches, of which I was just one of the 12.

At the top of that Driver Coaching pyramid was a top notch trainer ... Ross Bentley. He wrote the Speed Secrets series of driver education books & coached top drivers in IndyCar, GT, IMSA & Rolex racing. He & I became friends through the years of him training our young star drivers on his amazing driving tools & driver brain strategies.

Ross Bentley has a new website, in which he offers driver coaching advice & I wanted to share it with those of you that want to work on improving your driving, in addition to working on your car.

You can check it out HERE (http://speedsecretsweekly.com/).

Best wishes !

Ron, I think you should put together a Auto X class in Northern California! I'll tell you right now, I would pay good money for some quality instruction as long as there's plenty of track time :)

Something to consider "down the road". We'd need to include Mike Maier as a Coach, if he's willing to give up any secrets.

I appreciate that. Currently I am taking a break from my last racing operation ... enjoying time with my family ... and planning a 57 Street Warrior project.

Let's plan to connect some time.
