Source for connectors etc

I can't seem to find a source for all the different wires and connectors you'd find on our cars without having to buy large quantities. Anyone have a suggestion?

Find the Delphi Global catalog online. It's a great read. It has just about every connector system ever used by modern GM vehicles.

Gather the P/N's for the connector bodies, terminals, seals, tools, etc. and go to mouser.com They usually have pretty good prices, availability, and single piece minimums.

Double check that the connector bodies are compatible with each other and with the terminals. There are some ommissions and errors for the GT series.

Thanks Carl. What about for wire? Seems all I am finding it 100' minimums even on Mouser? I really hate having to buy from multiple sources but that's starting to look like what I'll end up doing.

Someone on here or PT.com found a source for shorter wire lengths. You may need to dig a bit but it was within the past 6-8 months if memory serves.

Ok so in all my poking around, I finally found a source to help make heads or tails of the GM 56 series connectors and terminals, especially the terminals.

Here's the place I found. They have good prices and lower quantities. More importantly to me are the pictures.

The Delphi website is good as well except when it comes to the terminals. Their descriptions are terrible IMO. You'll find multiple part numbers with the same description and picture. I have no idea why and if the info is there, it isn't easy to find. Even looking through the technical drawings of the terminals couldn't tell me what I needed. I found the above website better for listing the terminals. As Carl mentioned though, the Delphi site is very resourceful.
