The started this car on Feb 9th, 2013 and it is already complete and John is out cruising in the car.

Actually it's only 3 pictures. Maybe I can get John to post more pictures because I took these off of Travis's Facebook page.

Looking to do something very similar for a daily driver. Would like to hear more about the car and some interior pics would be nice.
Is that a 63?

Thanks Marty. It's a 62 almost stock body , just shaved some emblems and mirrors. Rechromed trim and bumpers . Big brakes from cpp . 22 inch mobsteel wheels . Factory engine for now , next move is a new coyote engine . Oh and yes it's on bags . This car was in a museum for 20 years so it was rust free . That's how we did it so quick .

Yur killing me Payton. How many dam cars could you be possibly working on at the same time?
Thanks to Kenny, His dad and Mark. The shaved emblems and the hood design etc was all Kenny's idea. I wasn't sure I wanted to do it but he made it clear it was happening whether I wanted to or not :) Never doubted him for a minute. Turned out great and it drives even better. I have been wanting to do one for a long time and he made it happen...

thinking of my next daily driver since my truck has 130,000 miles. Would rather cruise a Lincoln or an old Caddy.
That car is great...still waiting on some interior pics. LOL

Hey John,
Glad you finally joined now post up some more pictures of that beast.
That car is cool! There's a nice wheeled mildly restored black lowered hardtop same year about a mile from my house that sit outside by the curb. Not good in our climate......wish I could save that one!

I rarely like the wheels I see on these old Lincolns but these are just right. Great job on the car.
