need help in the nw.

ok I need to ask for some help here guys and gals. heres my deal, I have a 1964 chevelle that I just want straight and blue I have most of the parts to put this thing together. it has been sitting quite a while and I have paid guys, traded labor, traded rare parts and gotten screwed every time and its getting me down. im a full time single dad to a beautiful 9yo girl, I don't ever do anything for myself and have a tight budget. my daughter and I really want to get this thing done but I don't know anyone I can trust to do this. the car is striped as you can see by my pics. does anyone know somebody around Portland Oregon that might be able to finish the body and paint her for us. don't want a show stopper but don't want macco either. anyone have any ideas on a single parent budget hoping to stay under ten grand. I have a hard time asking for help but I really want to enjoy this car and am kinda stuck!

Sorry to see you have been taken so many times, that makes it really hard to trust anyone. If you were here in the Midwest I could give you a hand but a little to far to travel. I'm sure some of our west coast guys will come up with something for you. Keep your head up and don't let a few bad deals get you down and out!:cheering:
