guys I got some overspray on some of my suspension and on my rad support. Any ideas on how I can get it off? The rad support is painted in satin hot rod black and the suspension is powder coated.

I tried the clay bar and it helped but didnt take some areas off. My main concern is my rad support cause its satin black. How the hell do the pros build cars with no overspray?????

I don't think oven cleaner would be good, The Pros, paint all the items in pieces then assemble. Possibly try some rubbing compound it's going to want to make the paint shine Try it and see. Maybe some 000 steel wool real easy. Maybe a rag just damp with paint thinner. Just some ideas

A more aggressive clay bar?

Seriously, If its a mothers or meg's clay bar its usually a very fine clay. Cly magic "red" is aggressive.

Steve, I was also going to suggest more agressive claybar also but had similiar problem with a car and claybar didn't work for me. I found that a white 3m sponge used with adhesive remover and used carefully in moderation will take off overspray without messing up the satin black. Really depends on how durable your black paint is. The standox black we use at shop will hold up to this and most of time you can get the overspray off. Any questions feel free to call me at shop. Joe
