I took these pictures in the local grocery store parking lot Sunday night while on a "popscicle run" with my 4 year old… in some angles the stance looks just right… in others the front tires just look too big.

The fronts are 255/45/18s and the rears are 295/40/18s… I intentionally wanted some sidewall on the tires but am wondering if I should go to a 255/40/18 or a 245/40/18 up front?

Fronts measure 27.0" and the rears 27.3" Thoughts?

Ty

p.s. No GW it's not a 4x4!

My first impression is the front is a little high and the tire appears larger than the rear. I'd lean toward the 40's in the front. If they're a 1/2 smaller diameter than the 45's the stance may be enhanced...........IMO.

Hard to know "for sure" unless they're mounted on the car.

Yea that looks like a lot of tire in the front. 40s should make a nice change.

Ty,

Always talk to us before making a major purchase for your vehicles.

Most of us have bought something for a hotrod that worked out good at least once.
