As one of Dakota's top distributors we can easily say they are the most popular gauge systems on the planet! We are also HUGE fans of the brand.

Almost every module they make will interface with another! Example: The Electric fan control module will plug into the main gauge system to pull Engine Temp AND allow you to set the speed you want the fans to turn off at (Highway speeds). This eliminates another temp sensor needing to be installed AND will command them off as they should be!

Their kits are designed to fit into your factory bezel, making install extremely easy!

All kits include the necessary Speed, Coolant Temp and Oil pressure sending units.

If you are doing an LS swap, they offer a module that will connect directly to your OBDII port and it will pull the signals for you, even the check engine light! This obviously cuts down on install time, complexity and helps keep your wiring clean.

Just let us know what you are working on and if you want any of the add-on modules like the OBDII interface, outside temp/compass, auto trans gear position, trans temp, Boost/Vacuum and MORE!

The VHX series has been the highest selling gauge series we have seen ina LONG time...they are classy and have so many great features out of the box such as 0-60, 1/4 mi time ect...

Tons of add-on modules are available too...you really should take a look if you are wanting a gauge set thats not 40-50 years old!

In my opinion a GREAT match for an LSX swap as they offer an OBDII plug in module that will pull your engine data and make the install that much easier....plug it into the port and you get speed, tach, oil, temp, check engine light, ect...

As always Dakota Digital leads the pack with the VHX series dashes and all the add-on BIM modules they offer.

Take a look at their website and see which dash you like (colors) and which BIM modules you like, especially the LSx guys, they sell the BIM-01 which plugs right into the OBDII port and pulls most all of your dash gauge signals so you don't even have to install sensors and run the wires! It doesn't get much easier!
