Buying hood from Japan.. Help!!

I have been trying to by this hood for my 1992 Camaro for about a year now. I am not even sure if they are still in business. I have sent emails and called but no luck. I don't speak Japanese you know. If anyone could help that would be great! I would also be interested if someone could make this hood, and yes I know how much money that can cost. Assuming you can buy that hood its gonna be about $3500, its probably easier to just have one made and not much more expensive. Id imagine you could have one made out of fiberglass for $3000 or so, then have it made into carbon for about another $3000.
