t56 Magnum shifter knob

Hy guys, who has the best knobs and levers to suit a white lightning shifter?

I will also be looking for a leather boot and nice aluminum plate.

Knobs are really not much to fuss over but there are a gazillion choices out there if you want to get creative.

Lokar makes an aluminum shifter arm, as well as a nice boot/aluminum trim ring. At least one of those vendors above offers boots as well. Beyond that I have not seen too many choices... I plan on having a saddlemaker buddy sew me one out of a nostalgic leather jacket that was a hand me down from my Dad. Any interior shop should be able to make you a boot.

The one I decided I like the best for a regular GM T56 is a stock GM leather ball.

I tried the Hurst leather knob, but went back to the ball. Don't know if you can still get the leather ball from GM.
