Well this is a project I goes you would say I wasn't even planning on. I'm wrapping the end pieces on my 70, and will be putting it for sale shortly. So was thinking of what to do next. For some reason I was wanting to do a big "boat", like a 65 Suicide door continental, or 69 Caddy. The swap meet was in Moultrie, GA this weekend. After making a offer on a 69 Caddy and not being able to come terms. I went looking when out from under a tarp on a trailer I see a all so familiar grille. Nothing but of course everyones all time Favorite a 69 Camaro. Go over to take a look and she's just like I like em', cheap and rough!!! I'm one of the few folks in the world that actually enjoys sheet metal work. After a close inspection you might as well throw the parts catalog at it. About the only good parts are the rockers, frame rails, and the inner structure. She's going to need it all, quarters, roof skin, firewall, dash, all the bolt on pieces. But she was cheap and I've wanted another 69 since I sold my last 7-8 years ago.

-Game plan, your pretty basic , nowadays anyways PT car!!
-Name: In honor of My Grandfather that I have always called Bossman, and currently is home ridden and in bad shape. Had it not been for him teaching me to weld as a small boy, this would never be happening.

=Sheetmetal , all AMD, aluminum front clip and the other pieces. for once I think I might even disregard Carbon

-Suspension, of course the full DSE t-reatment. Subframe and Quadralink

-Wheels and Tires, Formula 43, RAD 5, wrapped with BFG rubber

-Drivetrain is still along ways out, but like the idea of a LSx 376 crate motor with a Magnusson. Backed with a built T56

-INterior, will be a mix of factory and custom. DSE dash insert, MCI center console, Recaro or similar seats. Custom tucked way up there street ok 10 point cage (will be tough),

Still lots of major and small details to work out. Hope to get the car to the blaster later this week, and find out how bad it really is.

Two crappy photos last night after dragging it home

Glad to see you back at it Chad. I always forget about the Moultrie Swap Meet until it's too late...I need to go sometime. It's been YEARS since I've been.

So are you also back in business doing thing for others or just starting back on personal projects?
