What kind of blasting do you need to do? I have a stand up blaster from tractor supply and this media blaster http://www.barrelblaster.com/blastmaster.htm both work very well. Ive also got an 80 gallon ingersal rand compressor. I use medium grit black beauty in both without issues.

Most equipment like this if a person looks at the shipping weight that will tell you a little. How well it is build also the angle on the bottom for the sand to return to the shoot in, Also research the media, pay a little more for glass beads or something that will last a while, Do you plan to do fenders or doors the one with the extra length box on the end would be good for that, Radiator supports inner fenders? I sold Snap On tools for several years and Dee Blast actually builds the snap on sandblasters you may want to look them up also. Price the consumables also, gloves and porcelin inserts for the gun, Glove thickness? My friend has a skat media blaster it works good as long as the media is good,

I used to have a HF cabinet and had the same problem with media ending up all over the floor. I invested earlier this year in a Raptor Blaster cabinet (http://www.raptorblaster.com/abrasive-blasting-cabinet-rb4226/) and I've been really happy with the performance.
