i wonder what it cost to build a rally car like that or one of ken block rides?

New is about a half million to $600K for a competitive ride, supposedly a million (US) is possible for full development (i.e. aero, etc.) of a top tier car. Used $100 to $250K for a nice (still "professionally" competitive) piece and down from there as they get old...
