Lengthening C5 Torque Tube

Getting ready to start working on my project and need to have the torque tube lengthened ~8.5"-10". Looks like a few people on the forum have done this. Any suggestions on where to have it done? Prefer something in SF Bay Area but don't mind shipping it if need be.

Also, what does something like this cost?
