Guys,

I am thinking of pulling out all my old brake lines and replacing with stainless when I do my brakes this winter.

The setup will be as follows:

Detroit Speed Brake master cylinder and booster

Front:

Dynapro 6 Piston 12.19" Disc

Rear

Dynalite 4 Piston 12.19" Disc

Braided hoses all round.

I have been told that the DSE master cylinder requires new lines as the holes are in a different position.

my question is, what diameter line should I go for?

Cheers

Jonny

the factory disc drum combo was 3/16 front 1/4 rear.

I would replace it all with 3/16 because of the 4 wheel disc and put an adjustable proportioning valve on the rear system somewhere

Thanks for the reply Youthpastor, would a distribution block mounted proportioning valve be suitable?

Edit: something along the lines of the below (and therefore do away with my existing distribution block):

Nothing against SSBC, but you can get something very similar from Wilwood with their 260-11179 (http://www.wilwood.com/MasterCylinders/MasterCylinderProd.aspx?itemno=260-11179), but for about $50 less.
