Hey there,

Have owned 6 or so different '66 and '67 Fairlanes. Have tried getting into other cars and there are plenty that I like, but I'm always drawn back to those. Favorites are the fastbacks (coupes).

Working on a dark green '67 XL fastback right now. Planned front and rear suspension upgradge, modern Mustang brakes, 5-speed, warmed up small block. Currently on the suspension and brakes phase. I'll try to keep up with posting updates here.

Glad to have found this forum--so many great resources here.

See you out there...

Sounds like a nice car, like the body style a lot very simular in the back to my 67 Acadian as funny as that sounds, it also has split tailights. My buddy is just starting a build on a 66, I just ported a set of 390 heads for him so will watch your build closely. Rick.:D
