I talked to monster clutch and they are saying that I don't need to use the dowel pins that goes to the flywheel to crank?

Does this seem correct?

It is per OEM manufacturer specs.

I spoke to my engine builder and left them out.

Thanks Ron.. I got motor and tranny mated up to night, So now its time to put it in its home? hopefully for the last time:)
