Hello guys
I am really interested in Keisler's hydraulic clutch actuator kit, and I have sent several emails to different sales and tech engineers as well as their GM sales to find out if they sell the kit without the hydraulic throwout bearing, however it has been almost a month but still no luck.
I want to know if there are other suppliers for their kit without the throwout bearing because I gave up with Keisler

They sold me their kit without the throwout bearing. I'm waiting for their SS700 and they did not have the throwout bearing for that unit determined yet so they sold me the kit without it. I had a few frustrations trying to get it ordered, and I had to email Shafi to get a question finally answered after receiving it, so it would not surprise me if you're having some trouble. However, did you try calling them? Are they not answering the phone also?

Most of the reputable companies reply back to any queries a customer has. A vendor like Keisler has more than 5 email addresses where you can raise your queries, yet non of them reply back.

Don't fall for the marketing hype. Any of it.

Yep -- never buy from ANYONE that starts out with bad customer service --- you can only imagine what it's going to be like AFTER the sale... if they can't give you any before you buy!

Put it this way.....
I WAS on the waiting list for the SS700 my delivery date before I cancelled was mid august....
But yet they STILL have not released it.
they also told me that the trans can be shifted like a dog unit, and last at 9K.
Get a TKO 600 or T56 mag.

Similar marketing tactic to the RS600 which I almost fell for because it was a couple bucks less than the transmission I really wanted and initially felt I couldn't afford. Should I have bought the magical RS600, the dollar and performance compromises made compared to the close ratio T56 Mag I have and absolutely love would have been a bitter pill to swallow.

A hilarious email from Keisler I got the other day (excerpt from their e-newsletter):
"Our automated attendant phone system has been causing us a lot of grief this year. Beginning next week, we will hire a real person to answer the phone, and turn off the auto attendant. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience."

I got an e-mail reply, bout 2 weeks later, followed up by a mailed quote and their brochures. It was a bit delayed. But I did get a response.
