Hows it going guys im trying to find out if anyone out there knows what back space and width I need for the front wheels getting ready to get some forgelines for my 70 Challenger with 2 in. drop spindles and hotchkis suspension/ wilwood brakes. Any info will be greatly appreciated

If you're running Hotchkis, call them up. Their yellow E-Max Challenger test car is the hot ticket and I'd think they would share specs for a stock width front suspension. They are a great company to deal with. They may also be running forgelines, but I'm not sure.

Thanks for the info. Do you pretty much have the same set up or know of someone that does? I got to get it right on the $ so it doesn't cost me more $ LOL. Thank you very much really appreciate it.

On a side note, I have a set of forgelines I guess I'm selling that I'm sure you would absolutely love since apparently you're in the market:cheers:

4.75 is the max you can use with a 15" rim, and that may be a variable measurement since you now have drop spindles. In stock form, anything greater than 4.75" put the rim lip into the upper ball joint. With the drop spindles or a 17"+ rim, you can move to 5 or 5.25 backspace with an 8 inch wide rim. Of course, the more you pull them in, the greater the odds of rubbing the frame rail.
