FAST 90mm intake, Wilson 90mm throttle body

Very clean FAST 90mm intake manifold with a Wilson 90mm throttle body. Manifold is in excellent condition with no port work or damage of any kind. Has one burst panel installed. Throttle body is like new and includes IAC and TPS.

Came with an unfinished project I recently purchased to get the engine.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is a burst panel? Will the throttle body accept a regular cable end (such as lokar for stock LS1 TB)
