I'm selling my shortblock LSX motor and I figured i'd put it for sale on here. I understand this isn't for everyone, but its worth a shot. There is nothing wrong with it, again lost intrest basictly.Theres nothing wrong with it as it sits, the motor has 15 passes currently

440ci LSX block
-machined for jesel belt drive (Don't need a belt drive, but you do need a external oil pump, not expensive if you do wet sump)
-Cam bored and uses 60MM roller cam bearings
-Comp Cams Custom solid roller Grind Camshaft 28x/30x @.050 .9xx/.9xx lift on a 116lsa
-Morel .904 Tie Bar Lifters Specially Spec'd by HKE
-Lifter bore cut and bronze bushed for .904 lifters
-Callies 4" stroke Compstar crank
-Callies 6.125 Compstar rods
-Diamond Custom Pistons (4.185 bore)
-Diamond Custom Pistons (4.190 bore, Due to 15 passes, it was going to be freshed up and cleaned up .005 and these pistons used, brand new)

There is nothing wrong with this. It wouldnt hurt to freshen it up. With a set of mast heads, it made 925hp at the crank. It was assembled in late 2010, been sitting after those passes. I have the rear cover, but the front I do not. I was running a distribtor on it using the GM front cover. I'd be willing to sell it for the right price. Here is the post from LS1tech when it was orginally built. http://ls1tech.com/forums/dynamometer-results-comparisons/1322891-926hp-engine-dyno-na.html I got it shortly after and i'm changing dirrections. There is over 3,000 worth of work done to the block alone (on top of the 2,000 dollar block). I'm asking 5,000 obo plus shipping, which I feel is a good price with what all is there. Heres a couple pics from the LS1tech post, and i'll take some later if need be.
