I have a 69 camaro with crate ls3, six speed , 411. The issue is im having a back firing problems and sometimes it stutters at different speeds. I had the same problem when I had an ls1 engine doing the same thing. The only thing the same is the exhaust and the fuel system. I'm stomped

Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Totally worth having on these new motors.

No I don't have one. But what will that tell me when I get it. Can that diagnose the issue? And how?

if the fuel pressure is fluctuating it could do the things you describe; also, it's one of the few things you did not change. May not be it, but it's one of the first things you need to verify before you can go much further.

You need a gauge that you can read while driving down the road. The ones that attach directly to the rail are fine for setting static fuel pressure, but you cannot read them going down the road to see if there's an issue.

So I'm running the gauge to c if there is in issue. ( trouble shooting) now if there is one it could be the lines or pump. I'm currently running a ricks stainless tank. Have u guys heard of any issues with those tanks

I have a ricks tank and it's great.

You're going to have to be a lot more specific if you want better advice.
