Awesome build! 335 fronts, unreal.Thank's, I have been working on a (335) sub frame for a 1st gen F-body for about a year now.It took a little work to make it work in A-Body.Getting the super narrowed frame rails, header's,steering shaft, rack placement, oil pan clearance to all work togather was really tough( My new CNC plasma table was a big help). But it turns lock to lock,go's thur the suspension travel pretty well. Some iner fender panel work is still needed.I won't be doing any long drive's with 335's up front. Will be using a 9.5-10" wheel for the Run to the Coast next year..Then when it's track time throw on the 335's.

Good Stuff Scotty :thumbsup:Thank's,It's coming along pretty good.Sooner or later will come the time I have to start grinding and cleaning the buttom side of the floor pan.Since the cars already painted don't want to sandblast it.I need sonar chief to come help me with the prepping part.He does such an awesome job of it. The chassis will get sandblasted at the powder coater. There's a guy here that does blasting, but he said he had a 4-6 week back log.So I just desided to grind the chassis where I need it.

Scott what did you do in the rear? It looks like it is still a tranglated 4 bar. Did you have to move the mounting points in? This thing is killer. Thanks EricI used the stock pickup point's on the chassis. The upper's on the moser 9" floater are some I plasma cut,& the housing lower's are from the good folk's @ Ridetech.I used the ridetech lower's because w/the floater & ZO6 caliper's, I had to move them in slightly. So using a rubber or poly bushing would have put the lower's in a bind. So I just Opped to use ridetech's Rod end kit. They may make alittle noise but with the Borla XR1's and Supercharger whine,I May not here them.I will get real good photo's during the reassem.

Holy begeezzus do you have a press brake that can bend those arms or did you actually farm out a part to be worked on?

The accusump mount looks good. Where will it be mounted?I bend all the sway bar arm's in house w/o heat.I am going mount the accusump in the trunk over the rear axle.

Tonight I spent some time and fabbed a Accusump mount using my new Tru-Oval punchs from Holohan's Hot Rod shop.I run out of time to get it DA'd smooth.Dinner time. http://i1104.photobucket.com/albums/h324/bmock5/new%20parts5%20004_zps18c88524.jpg

When I have odd shaped pieces like this with lots of sharp edges etc --- I run 'em thru the bead blaster... with the right grit - it will take out scratches and dulls the sharps right off there!
Then the part is ready for some etching primer... :woot:

OK, I gotta know how the sway bar in the rear adjusts? I know by moving the end link but does it get tighter by having the end link back closer to the bar and looser as it moves away? The reason it works this way is because the bar can't twist as much with the end link closer in? Am I close?

The reason it works this way is because the bar can't twist as much with the end link closer in? Am I close? The longer the side arm the more leverage it has to twist the sway bar(That makes for a softer bar) .The shorter the arm the less leverage it has.(That makes for stiffer bar). The more ajustable the car is the easier it is to sort out.Soft rear bar tight car.Stiff rear bar loose car.So you are right.

What size of tubing are you using on the exhaust? Looks like about 4". That setup looks really good on the rear frame section. Are you pleased with the ABC setup?

By the way, loving this car. I've been following along seeing the little things you have added. I especially like the way you are making everything adjustable with the pins.

Did you have Moser turn your center registar and cap down to 2.78? If not it is at 3.06 which is a Ford center registar. Just a heads up...been there and done that.

How do you like my jounce bumpers Scott?? lol, Tony took them off my car to get you a set quicker  Still need to get my replacements.

Amazing how similar our chassis look out back. I too am perplexed on mounting the rear Ridetech canisters. I considered the trunk drain holes, but I'm concerned about the proximity of the exhaust tubing, kinda goes right under there. The wrap will help for sure
I'm thinking about mounting them up on the rear frame rails under the car. Should be safe there.

Do you have a notched fuel tank or did you squeeze the pipe thru?
Looks pretty awesome.

Just curious what the reasoning is for adjustable (particularly with quick-pins) bump stops? Is it so that no matter what ride height setting the coilovers are mounted at, the coilovers never end up being the bumpstop at full compression?

Nice work!
