Stainless line usually comes in straight lengths. It's tough to bend, if it was in a roll it'd be near impossible to get straight again.
I've always bought mine locally at the places I get my AN fittings. Inline Tubes sells it also, but not sure what shipping does; it would definitely limit the length.

so what should I use? use standard line then paint them somehow? I never worked with stainless before.

Definitely easier to work with and its supposed to be pretty corrosion proof.
I used copper-nickel and lightly buffed it with 000 steel wool. 25' Coil lengths and very easy to work with.

You can also buy stainless tubing from Summit in coil lengths. You'll probably want/need a tubing straightener with the stainless.
