So I've got three of these heaters, I'm only trying to sell two but if someone wants them enough I will let them go.

22,000-BTU propane radiant garage/workshop heater
Heats up to 600 square feet--roughly the size of a 2-1/2 car garage
Efficient radiant heat warms objects directly, not surrounding air
Comes fully assembled out of the box; CSA and AGA design certified
Measures 29-1/4 by 13-1/2 by 14-1/2 inches

One $300
Two for $560
All three for $900 since I'd like to keep the 3rd for camping, but $$ talks.

I can deliver Bakersfield and have my brother inlaw deliver to SoCal when he goes down that way.
Not sure what shipping would be but I could split 1/2.

Hit me up with a price if you think I'm out of line.
Located in Pahrump, NV 89060

My Dad has one of those that was installed in a 25x25 insulated end of the barn. The section described is seperated from the rest of the heated barn by a 8'h x 6'w walkway and the nearest gas fired hanging unit in that main barn blows away from the space where this heater is.

You would never know it, as this fella does a fine job even in MN winters. I bet it would do a nice job on any 2 car garage workspace.
